The Erie County Land Bank, as part of its blight prevention efforts, has dedicated funding for the exterior clean up of qualified properties within the ECLB footprint. At this time, the funding is strictly for clean up and does not include repairs.
We are seeking owner-occupied homes located in a land bank participating municipality, with an owner that is unable to complete the clean up themselves. Applications should demonstrate need and include a post-clean up plan for maintaining the property.
Applications must be submitted by the code enforcement officer or designated land bank contact by APRIL 30, 2024.
